I just rode a train home from Subi with a bunch of happy, yet quiet FFC fans.

It’s a nice reminder to everyone (Lew, Kenny, other FFC tragics) that, despite the dazzling nature of this round one performance, silence is the new loud around Freo in 2010. No more big talk, over excitement or rash statements. Instead we whisper quietly about who we’re hunting down next.

    BR…I made a comment about the Dockers to you a few weeks ago. I stand by that! Nothing to do with rash statement or over excitement. It’s gonna be a big year.

    Reading Glen Jakovich eating his words about the Dockers in this morning’s paper was fantastic. Top 8 finish, eh Jako? After all these years of rubbishing them regardless of their performance!

    Let’s hope more people (*cough* eagles supporters *cough*) eat their words over time too and the media (ch7 and the West) provide more unbiased coverage.
